Security Masters was incorporated on 3rd March 2000. We have been serving this industry for about 21 years so far. We are affiliated with SecureGuard and TCC .
During these years, we have served many clients with differing needs and requirement. Thus, we have a deep understanding in regards to manpower situation and operational strategy. We are also members in several organisations. The organisations are: Union of Security Company (USE), Associate of Certified Security Agency (ACSA), Security Association of Singapore (SAS) and Asia Pacific Security Association (APSA).
When our clients engage our services, we will be glad to offer advices and help improve our clients’ infrastructure. At Security Masters, we always try our best to meet the requirements our clients have set for us. How do we
Keep your premise secure.
Our services focuses not only on physical security but include total security solutions.
We ensure that our client’s physically security meet the requirements of both the read team and blue team. The red team stand for testing your preparedness and response through exercises such as survey and audit. On the other hand, the blue team stand for reinforcing and building resilience. Some of our services like video analytic and customised training cover the blue team.
By making sure that our client’s security met requirements of both team, we can be sure that that our client’s physical security is secured to the best of our capability, as we had covered all possible methods to increase the premise security.
How do we
Keep your premise safe effectively.
When we enter the premise to improve on the physical security of the location, we will always apply the WSH measures.
In WSH, we will first start out with physically removing the hazard, and slowly work our way down. By doing so, we can ensure that our client’s workplace is safe and secure.
Fire Safety Inspections and checks are conducted daily, thus when an unexpected emergency break out, such as a fire outbreak, we believe that our services would have help facilitate response plan as there should be less obstructs and hazards along the escape plan while evacuating.

Management Profile
Shareef Jaffar
Chairman
Shareef is the Managing Director of Training Concepts Pte Ltd, an International Strategic Consulting and Training Business. Shareef has worked in senior General Management positions for a number of local and international companies in the hospitality and human resource development sector and has more than 35 years of experience in industry.
Shareef has extensive international training & development experience and has conducted developmental programmes in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Brunei, Uganda, Kenya, Pakistan, Dubai, Sri Lanka,Uzbekistan, Taiwan, and India.
Shareef is actively involved in a number of private educational institutions. He serves on the Governing Council of the Management Development Institute of Singapore as its Secretary General. He is the Chairman, of the Board of Directors for MDIS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and MDIS Unicampus (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. He is also the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for Service Quality Centre (Singapore) and Vice-President of Service Quality Centre (Indonesia). He sits on the Board of Directors for MDIS@Tashkent, Uzbekistan and Mdis@Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
He is active in the cooperative movement and serves as the Chairman of the Board of TCC Cooperative Society Limited, Singapore’s largest Credit Cooperative Society. He is also the Chairman of Secureguard Cooperative Society Ltd.
Shareef served his national service in the Singapore Police Force as NS Commander, Central Police Division. He was awarded numerous Police National Service Commendations and Commissioner of Police Commendations for his active contributions throughout his course of service. In 2008 he was awarded the Pingkat Bakti Setia (Polis), by his Excellency, The President of Singapore, for his many years of dedicated service to the Police Force as part of the country’s National Day Honors.
Santhanaram Jayaram MBA
Director
Santhanaram Jayaram has more than 28 years of experience in both the private and public sector including Financial Services – Retail and Learning and Development. Qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in 2005, 2006 & 2007. Author of Ram up your Laughter. Appeared on National TV, Radio, Print. Current Board of Director for a Credit Co- operative with over 43,500 members (Telecoms Credit Co-operative) and Director of Security companies – Security Masters and Secure Guard.
With his versatility, engaging presence and diverse industry experience in hosting, facilitating and relating to a diverse group ranging from the PMETs to the C-suite, such as Bridgestone – Inclusive Leadership for the C-Suite, Lee Kuan Yew’s School of Public Policy’s Senior Management Program, Regional Agency Workshop QBE Insurance, Regional Symposiums Strategic Project Management: Greater Business Results in Uncertain economy, Project of the Year Award by Project Management Institute Singapore, Ram has also appeared in Print, Radio ,National TV and on Netflix.
Besides personalising and customizing trainings to multi-national corporations, universities, and private associations, he also specialises in helping top level executives to improve their operational efficiencies; relate better thru communication skills, pioneer creativity thru design thinking skills, become better leaders thru leadership and people management, deliver greater service excellence and move up the next level thru career coaching.
